Fixes a bug where the Aspect Ratio Lock tool in the Size Your Images utility was not respecting the provided width.

CommCare Toolkit 1.0

Initial release of the CommCare Toolkit, which includes 4 utilities to facilitate building and debugging of a CommCare app:

1. About My Device - Provides useful information about the device you are using that can be difficult to find elsewhere.
2. Size Your Images - Helps you determine the correct size for images you want to include in your CommCare app.
3. Refresh to Latest Build - A Shortcut for updating your CommCare app in the middle of a session, and then returning to the same location you were at previously.
4. Download Supporting Apps - Provides a list of other Android apps that are often useful in conjunction with CommCare.
