Daily 7 Minutes Workout Android Application Using Kotlin Language. The database stored with SQLite system.

• 30 seconds per each exercise with 10 seconds rest between each other.
• A sound that signifies rest between two exercises using MediaPlayer.
• The name of the exercise is spoken aloud using TextToSpeech.
