Counting Error in Cast report

Hi there and first of all thank you for your awesome work!

I think I found a bug in counting logic of the cast report.

Reproduction:

• Create 10 dialogs on a script page
• Make the last dialog that long that it swaps over to the next page (visible by (CONT'D) flag)
• It will not receive a new dialog number on the second page -> correct
• Check the cast report. It will count 11 dialogs -> incorrect

Expected:

• Continued dialogs because of page swap should not be counted as single dialogs in reports.
