This is a fix for #108. Let me know if there is a better way to fix this :)

I believe the problem from #108 manifests itself when you use utop-command as a buffer-local variable. When you do that the utop-command will be set in the OCaml buffer from where you invoked utop rather than the newly created utop buffer.
