discord bot integrated with openai

setup

1. head over to discord developer portal and create a bot. Allow all intents, after giving admin perms or necessary perms invite to a server with the given url, paste the bot token in .env as DISCORD_TOKEN=token.
2. create an new openai key here and paste in .env as OPENAI_KEY=token.
3. run pip install -r requirements.txt to install necesarry dependencies.
