Love your idea, I would suggest to add the ability to ignore modules and other files that most of the time they will not be the problem image

Thanks for the feedback. Good idea! I'll aim to implement this in a new release.

In the meantime, pressing "Enter" during the run and adding a hint like "Ignore all files in the ./venv directory" may do the trick.
