Does anyone understand where that hash is stored?

The SHA of the new version of h5py seems to be ok here
but it failed when cvxpy try to get its dependencies. I do not find cvxpy on the PRE-WHEELS server.

Can it be a conflicting reason? any idea @matthew-brett ?

This error disappeared @arokem. I still do not understand what happens, but it is not anymore a problem.

#1435 appears in place of this one :-)

The hash is stored in the index.html file in the containing directory:

https://7933911d6844c6c53a7d-47bd50c35cd79bd838daf386af554a83.ssl.cf2.rackcdn.com/index.html

I guess the h5py upload failed somehow. I'll try removing those uploads from the index list.
