In table view of collections the columns can't be resized

Describe the Bug

In the collections table view I am unable to resize the size of the columns. Clicking on the lines of the fields doesn't do anything despite the pointer changing to the resize arrows.

To Reproduce

1. Go into Directus cms and open collections
2. Try to resize columns in the table view
   

-> Image showing the columns "Name" and "Note" in collection's that can't be resized (widened or narrowed)
