Add missing global settings

This is what we want:

[ Project Name Input]
[ Project URL Input]
[ Logo Input]
[ Color Input]
[ Trusted Proxies Input]
[ Auto Sign Out]

I think we need to add project_name (and maybe a few others) and reorder the Settings fields. Let's just make sure the API is sending/receiving all these options.
