DIRENV_CONFIG, used to find direnv.toml, cannot be used for finding stdlib extensions

Describe the solution you'd like

I'd like either an option in direnv.toml for specifying the path to stdlib extensions, or for direnv to actually look for stdlib bits in $DIRENV_CONFIG/direnvrc and $DIRENV_CONFIG/lib/*.sh.
