Describe the bug
Some files sensibly were moved from XDG_CONFIG_HOME to XDG_DATA_HOME; it would be good if you could mention this location in a FILES section in direnv(1), so that it's easy for users to find.

Thanks for direnv! Been meaning to try it for ages, why did I wait so long???

Thanks!

Documenting the environment variables used by direnv is a good idea. The file is located in man/direnv.1.md if you want to help out. I know a lot of tools, like Git, use the ENVIRON section to do that.

I think this is really about files, not environment variables, like in git-config(1) under FILES, which mentions $XDG_CONFIG_HOME etc.
