Occasionally we get the following error:

WARNING: [map:0] Worker died. Last words:

nice: /usr/var/disco/data/london-reporting-5/df/69abf623ed2c80c3589514248d43b1df@5a9:9a075:798a2/usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/disco/worker/classic/worker.py: Text file busy

This is always at the start of the job so I'm guessing there is some race condition between writing the file and trying to execute it. I think it's probably in the erlang side of things and my experience with erlang isn't strong enough to look into this myself yet.
