Ping people to reply after X amount of time set by the person who setup the bot instance to reply. Also preferably add detection so i.e if the last reply was a person defined in the category settings as being a staff member the ticket opener(s) get pinged and if the ticket opener(s) replied last the staff would be pinged or staff member if the ticket was claimed.
If a staff member sends a message in a ticket and the user does not reply after x minutes, automatically ping the user and warn them how long is left until auto closure.
