Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
not really. it's just easier to know the reason of why a bot was denied before.

Describe the solution you'd like
a little text field under the bot card (next to the upcoming timestamp one) stating the denial reason

Describe alternatives you've considered
using command + f to search through site-logs. though it doesn't always work (cheers discord)
