  1. FEATURE: Allow an invite link to be included in the LTI custom data 

    This allows LTI to be used on an invite_required Discourse site. The invite link should be included in the `discourse_invite_link` custom data. New users will be directed to redeem this invite, while existing users will be directed to the launch URL as normal.
