- Add missing spec file from last commit - Add CentOS Stream 9 where missing in CI
Changes in Fedora Rawhide is revealing that some rpm macros are not escaping spaces in file names. Replace spaces with underscores in the filename for the Displaylink driver that is downloaded.
It looks like there are some more changes in going into what will become Fedora 37.
EVDI needs to have support for EL 9 systems added. Adding a patch which will be contributed upstream.
Change requirement for 'mutter' to a conflicts in an attempt to prevent installing on system that have older version of mutter which is not supported by the DisplayLink driver.
