There have been several new kernel releases and a couple of new distros that have been released since the last DisplayLink driver was refreshed. This change attempts to add support for them. * Add a patch for the EVDI driver bundled with the DisplayLink driver * Add a patch to support the latest versions of the EL distros that have had backports added to them. When building from the Github code instead of using the bundled code, the current release does not work with recent kernels or distros. Switch to downloading the devel branch code and patching it for builds. Signed-off-by: Michael L. Young <elgueromexicano@gmail.com>

The currently released EVDI driver does not compile on newer distro releases. There have been some patches merged into upstream but no release has been done.
The bundled version of EVDI is based on the current release as well.
Although we like to keep in step with the current release, there is no saying when the next version will be released. This will hopefully help out those who need to move to a newer distro to not be held back anymore.
