At today's meeting the OASIS TC voted to remove several elements considered obsolete / no longer maintained:
stentry/@specentry@spectitlefrom all elements<anchor>andmap/@anchorreffrom maps<anchorref>from the map group domainhasInstance,hasKind,hasNarrower,hasPart,hasRelated, andrelatedSubjectsfrom subject schemesubjectRelTable,subjectRelHeader,subjectRel, andsubjectRoleThis PR bumps the grammar to include all of those updates
