The initial logo design uses our primary dark blue color for use on light backgrounds.
If we ever need to place the logo on dark backgrounds, it would be good to have an inverse variant, where the logo is rendered in a light color, such as white, or a light shade of gray such as the Bootstrap 4 $gray-200 color used as the Jumbotron background: #e9ecef.
