Parts of the content look like it's been directly copied from https://blog.oxygenxml.com/topics/ditaOTFAQ.html. That content is owned by SyncRO Soft SRL and had not been released under any license that would allow us to copy it.
This PR will not be merged because of this.

There are numerous issues that need to be resolved here, but the fork doesn't allow edits from maintainers, so I'll merge this as is and implement changes in a separate PR.
