Placeholders (firstname etc.) don't work as expected #11

For some reason placeholders are not replaced right. While sending a first batch the firstname field contained the name of another subscriber.

Will be fixed in next release.

Placeholders were only replaced for the first message. Fixed in 0.2.0 alpha3
