The easiest way to use this is to clone into your home directory somewhere.
On the first run, you need to:
git submodule update --init
Then you can use symbolic links:
ln -s /path/to/vim-config/.vimrc ~/.vimrc
ln -s /path/to/vim-config/vimfiles ~/.vim
