[FEATURE] Play/preview .mpd files

I gotta tell you, Awesome work.

A feature I'd love to see is the ability to play/preview MPEG-DASH media presentation description files (.mpd). I use it to improve playback speed and it works great. For now only possible via rclone webdav or fuse mount, but it would be possible to add the api-url to each segment in the mpd file. It's possible to add the rclone webdav address as <BaseURL> and make it playable via teldrive UI but that would still require rclone.

I think it's not that difficult to add this feature judging by the artplayer documentation and the teldrive-ui code i've (only) skimmed through, but I don't speak Go so I really don't know.
