If parsing kind of seemed to work, but returned no results (no tasks or no testcases), the result should be negative.

How does pull request #43 fix this?

Maybe I misunderstood, but before if the contest link was like "http://www.codeforces.com/contest/303asd" (which is obviously incorrect) no tasks have been added and the dialog closes. Now you will get message "Parsing failed". Same for parsing incorrect links for tasks.
