This only occurs when rightclicking on the "title" in the menu-template.
In firebug you see an url ending in /undefined/ is trying to be GET.

I haven't been able to reproduce this. Can you maybe provide some more details of how to reproduce this behavior?
When I remove the title from a page, I can still edit it afterwards.

Maybe the title shouldn't be allowed to be empty though... do any of you use Fiber with empty titles?
