- Wrote more comments and made style of code more readable
- Resolved Issue Cast STATIC_ROOT to string when joining WEBP_STATIC_ROOT #31
- Added a new feature that allows image link to be used the same way locally hosted static files are. Images are downloaded via the links, converted into webp, and are stored in the static files folder
