I think the current settings are ok. I'll merge and we can fiddle with it later

Moved the Bangkok region to the top. Note also Eastern and Western regions have been swopped...

* Add fake trend indicator

* using increasing function for table trends

* use 7 day change compared to peak. seems to work ok

* fix deaths table and make prov graphs use 14 days ma

* Move the Bangkok region to the top

* all prov plots as at least 14 days

* Color table region headers
