* Add fake trend indicator * Add trend background color * Unlimted trend colors * Add trend indicators to province tables * fix trends in table * add deaths top prov * using increasing function for table trends * use 7 day change compared to peak. seems to work ok * fix deaths table and make prov graphs use 14 days ma * Move the Bangkok region to the top * all prov plots as at least 14 days * Color table region headers Co-authored-by: Dylan Jay <software@pretaweb.com>
