Forensic Handwriting Wisdom of Crowds

Code and data associated with:

• KA Martire, B Growns & DJ Navarro (under review). What do the experts know? Calibration, precision, and the wisdom of crowds among forensic handwriting experts. Manuscript submitted for publication

Structure:

• handwriting2.csv contains data from the experiment
• woc-model.bug and contains the specification for the JAGS models used in the paper. There is one "missing" line in the file: depending on which version of the model (ground truth given or latent variable model) is specified, the R script substitutes a different line
• woc-estimate.R is an R script that calls JAGS to draw samples from the posterior, and save those to a data file
