Deploy theme using a CDN

Please deploy the theme using a CDN, this would make it much easier to deploy and also will provide free upgrades in the future.

One side effect is that will also allow to gather additional analytics data regarding popularity.

You could use the hosted version already,

Master (Stable)

• Hosted Javascript: http://master.source.test.do/src/script.js

Develop (Latest)

• Hosted CSS: http://develop.source.test.do/src/style.css
• Hosted Javascript: http://develop.source.test.do/src/script.js

Of course a CDN would reduce load time and geographic latency. But I think the hosted version should do fine if you want free upgrades.

I agree with @jacksoncage. This is already implemented.

This should be reopened because the "CDN" does not support HTTPS which kinda invalidates the security and also the usage on secured HTTP instances.
