wlroots version: 0.15.1

Description

When you place cursor in e.g. clickable link in browser it changes its look but if you then switch tags it stays the same until you move mouse to your bar or move it to any client. See the video below:

EDIT: It works with clean build. So PointerConstraints patch must have the problem.
