Help file corrupted in dev install #143

Related to #135, I installed from GitHub using devtools, it works, but every time I try to search help I got the below error, and RStudio pop up a message box.

I'm using Mac OS 10.12 on RStudio. Thanks.

Error in fetch(key) : 
  lazy-load database '/Library/Frameworks/R.framework/Versions/3.3/Resources/library/ggmap/help/ggmap.rdb' is corrupt

Found out this is due to devtools, happens when the package is loaded during install. To solve, restart R session before using devtools to install.
