Discord bot for Zap Brannigan randomness

Setup

1. Create a new Discord application at https://discordapp.com/developers/applications/ and add a bot to it.
2. Grab the client Id from the application and the token from the bot.
3. Fill in the variables at the top of ZapperBot.cs
4. Install your bot to your Discord guild using the invite url https://discordapp.com/api/oauth2/authorize?client_id={clientid}&scope=bot&permissions=3145728 (make sure you replace {clientid} with your client id)
5. Run the bot
6. ????
7. Fun
