These are both HydraLink properties, e.g., like Batch https://github.com/dlcs/protagonist/blob/445667099d1e543fceb4595de918c1ad8afe1e41/src/protagonist/DLCS.HydraModel/Image.cs#L210C6-L210C15

Acceptance Criteria

Add "deliveryChannelPolicies" and "defaultDeliveryChannels" to Customer hydra model.
Add "defaultDeliveryChannels" to Space hydra model.
