An Orchestrator appSetting.

You can't edit this, but you could define your own (smaller) maxWidths via #306

It's there to protect the server from crazy or impossible requests.

Incoming requests for /max/ in the size slot will be adjusted to /nnnn,/ before passing to an image server where nnnn is the global max setting, when the width would exceed the global setting.
