Remove specific services from Asset API response and link to Single Asset Manifest #794

Asset API response has public (dlcs.io rather than api.dlcs.io) imageService, thumbnailService etc.

Over time more services will be offered - but they shouldn't be exposed in the Asset API response.

Instead the Asset API response just has a link to the single asset manifest (#488), from where a caller can get all the actual services offered.
