Dynamic Lists

In order to personalize the task view, as a user I want to be able to specify custom views onto the entire set of tasks. Other applications call this feature "Smart lists", "Virtual lists" or "Dynamic lists". The basic idea is to create an "index" in the provider in form of read-only lists which link the tasks belonging to that dynamic list. So the dynamic list is not fully dynamic (i.e. the filter is not applied when the list is queried) but its pre-indexed at the time of insertion or update. The idea is to improve query performance at the expense of update and insert performance.

This is also the preferred way of creating custom widget listings. I.e. a widget can only show lists, the content is customized by creating a "dynamic list".
