Hi, this is my first Pull request and I hope I have done everything correctly.
I added the German translations for the .desktop and the .ts file, like described in the readme.
I am a native speaker. Some strings are the same like the english ones, because we would say it the same
in Germany. Like with the word "basic", which is the same for both languages.
