Regarding #8255 and #8263 (comment)
I've created a issue to the scorecard team to take a closer look in the error ossf/scorecard-action#998 but it seemed to be fixed in the 2.0.6, as far as I've been able to test.
This PR is upgrading the Scorecard Github Action from 2.0.3 to 2.0.6
