Campus requests in Architect failing

Hi,
I'm trying to add a new campus, or add buildings to an existing campus, but can't seem to get it working.
The server returns a 500 Internal Server Error when run. I'm sure I've had this working in the past, are there any backend changes that may have broken this functionality, or does it just affect me?
