Option to only delete runs of closed PRs

Thanks for this useful action! Would it be possible to add an option to only delete runs of closed PRs, i.e. of branches where the corresponding PR is closed?

I'm uncertain if it's feasible to remove runs solely for closed pull requests.

I've read the doc and found no good solution for your issue. The list of associated PRs for a commit is always empty. So, I think to find a run for PR, I should iterate three different lists: workflow runs, commits, and PRs.

I've kept the action as simple as possible and will save it without any changes. If I have enough time, I'll create a new branch for your case and implement the feature there. I don't have much time, and I cannot guarantee that I can do it quickly.
