this Pull Request is a follow-up to the change in the Prompt Calibration Loop
SiPixelAliDQM output as per CMSSW Pull Request cms-sw/cmssw#18196, due to the change in the paradigm for applying thresholds on significant movements.It has been designed to be compliant also with the old format.
