NOTE: Please follow instructions per the following branch at https://github.com/dna-storage/framed/tree/sdc_nature_submission with regards to instantiating an appropriate environment via Docker containers. We do note that code here is subject to change in order to make updates to the Docker containers in order to fix any bugs.
