  Next
  Yes
  Place all certificates in the following store
  Browse
  Trusted Root Certification Authorities or Trusted People
  Ok

Install dna.appx

  Click dna.appx to install

Delete installed dnaspider.cer

  Win
  Manage computer certificates
  Trusted Root Certification Authorities
  Certificates
  Delete Issued To
  dnaspider@live.com

dna.exe install

Extract portable .exe from .appx

  Rename dna.appx to dna.appx.zip
  Right click, Extract
  dna.exe located in dna folder

Delete or reset db

  Delete dnaspider folder from ./AppData/Local
