There is only a lossless compressed and a compressed mode. L,M,S picture sizes don't change the RAW file.
Sony has a reference document of all cameras which explains in which cases the cameras produce 12bit and 14bit.

The ILCE-6700 is not yet on the document. So I can't say for sure if electronic shutter produces 12bit like with other APS-C cams. Regardless, I produced files with electronic shutter and named them as 12bit.
