Build your own image

0. (Optional) Customize the base image to match your CUDA configuration. Pick the right tag here.
1. Build the image

apptainer build allen.sif allen.def

3. Run the image

apptainer run --nv allen.sif

Pull from SylabCloud

To use the container on lxplus you can pull the default image from the SylabCloud repository and spawn a shell.

singularity shell --nv -B /afs -B /eos -B /cvmfs library://dnicotra/allen/allen-build:v1

Tested on

• Nikhef's Stoomboot node wn-lot-008 (CPU and CUDA)
• lxplus-gpu (CUDA)
• lxplus (CPU)
