Since the conformance test procedures requires configurable number of unsolicited retries, we should support it. It involves an extra parameter for the number of retries, that can be set to infinite.
According to Rule 12 (p.92), we will do identical (non-regenerated) retries because it lower the chances of duplicate events from the master side.
