Feature description

Having a way to explain what each component of a DMARC record does would be awesome so that users not familiar can learn about the best way to configure their DMARC records.

I'd prefer a style closer to what this has though: https://explainshell.com/

I wonder if we'd be better developing this as a separate tool and then having this tool link off to it for further insight into any DMARC records found here.

After some further internal discussion, this request doesn't qualify for its own full tool, so the best approach would be to expand the current DMARC parsing that we do.

Where we currently split up each record section, we should then explain what that section does, similar to how the SPF tool explains, but without the lines etc, just in the existing table layout.

Additionally, we can then provide a learn more modal similar to how the SPF tool behaves which can help explain to users all the different operators that can be used in DMARC etc.
