Use unprivileged user
Enable a user to access the uploaded files

Confirmed the following environments:
Environment 1:

Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS
Docker version 20.10.5
docker-compose version 1.28.5

Environment 2:

macOS Mojave 10.14.1
Docker version 20.10.5
docker-compose version 1.29.0
