We should add the ability to automatically upload media to a web-accessible location and insert a link to it in the wiki page, and/or to be able to insert links to any media already existing/uploaded to the media gallery.

Media files should be anchored to pages. This will allow re-using the page-specific ACLs to also affect page-specific media.

Add server side of the media upload feature (WIP) (#2)

This is a work-in-progress commit which makes it possible
to select files on the client side, click Upload, and receive
an OK.

The server side receives the files, but it does not save
them anywhere yet.
