[Feature Request] Add support for the --add-host argument

It's not currently possible to pass the --add-host argument to docker build (or docker buildx build). It would be useful to be able to do this, either via an explicit add-hosts input, or via a general extra-options input that accepted arbitrary flags to pass to the docker build command.
